Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of chauffeur and concierge services (“Services”) by London VIP Group (“the Company”) to its clients (“the Client”).
- By engaging our Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made via our website, email (enquiries@londonvipgroup.com), or phone (+44 20 7625 2666).
- Payment for Services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the Client may be subject to cancellation fees.

Service Provision
- The Company will provide chauffeur and concierge Services as per the Client’s specifications and requirements.
- The Company reserves the right to use subcontractors for the provision of Services.
- The Company shall ensure that all chauffeurs are properly licensed and insured.

Client Responsibilities
- The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding their itinerary and requirements.
- The Client must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and inform the Company of any changes or delays.

Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the provision of Services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.
- The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures to provide Services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, adverse weather, or force majeure events.

Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the Services must be communicated to the Company within 24 hours of the occurrence.
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any complaints in a timely manner

Privacy
- The Company will handle all client information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- By engaging our Services, the Client consents to the collection and use of their personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy

Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including but not limited to trademarks and logos, belong to the Company.
- The Client shall not use the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
